Women with a passion for guiding often face cultural constraints that make entering the profession difficult. Our program was designed to change that narrative offering aspiring female guides a chance to gain the knowledge, experience, and confidence needed to thrive in the field.

The training began with an intensive four-week theoretical course, covering essential topics such as guiding ethics, storytelling, hospitality, and destination knowledge. This was followed by a practical field trip and a mentored internship, where trainees worked alongside experienced tour guides and tour companies in real-world settings.

Since the program began, 25 women have graduated each one carving out her own path in the industry and inspiring others to follow. Their success is proof that when women are given the opportunity, they rise and in doing so, they enrich the tourism experience for all.
